Sealant Inspection Overview
Our sealant inspection runs on Adente Vision. Anomaly detection, trained on good seals, finds gaps, breaks, missing seal and smears. Measurement checks bead width and position against your tolerance, down to 0.01 mm.
HA-TEC links the result to the sealing robot, so detected gaps can be re-applied in a repair pass instead of being found later in the paint shop. Where bead height or volume must be measured as well, we add a 3D laser profile sensor at the same station.
