Defect Detection Overview
Our defect detection runs on Adente Vision, our technology partner. The model is trained on about 20 good parts and flags anything that deviates from them, so you do not need to collect examples of every possible fault first. Known defect types are reported by name.
HA-TEC integrates the system into paint shops and finishing lines: camera and lighting positioned for your part, a trigger from the line, and a pass/fail result with a reject signal in your PLC for every part.
