The location of complex parts to be painted is very expensive, this can be done more easily with the help of intelligent measuring systems.

Example project: A 2D-laser measuring system is mounted on the linear axis of the robot.

The component is measured as a 3D model at a speed of 50mm / s. The displacement values of the workpiece in space are calculated from the measurement. These are passed on to the robots. Path corrections are made for all robots with the measurement data.
